Supported Independent Living

 

Welcome to Helping Hands Community Services! We offer a range of services for participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), including Supported Independent Living (SIL).

SIL is an essential service that provides participants with the support they need to live independently in their own home. Our experienced support workers work closely with participants to design a personalised plan that meets their individual needs and goals, and provide the necessary assistance to help them develop their independence skills.

Our SIL services can include a range of activities, such as personal care, household tasks, cooking and meal preparation, budget management, and more. We also provide support to help participants develop their social skills, build relationships, and engage in recreational and social activities.

Our support workers are highly trained and compassionate, and they work hard to create a safe and supportive environment in which participants can learn and grow.
