Support to Access the Community

Welcome to Helping Hands Community Services! We offer a range of services for participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), including community access support.

Community access support is an essential service that allows participants to engage in social and recreational activities within their local community. This service is designed to support participants in achieving their goals and enhancing their independence, social connections and overall quality of life.

Our team of experienced support workers are dedicated to helping participants access their local community and participate in a range of activities that align with their interests and goals. These activities can include attending events, joining community groups, visiting local attractions and venues, participating in sports and recreation activities, and much more.

We understand that each participant has unique needs and goals, which is why we work closely with them and their support network to tailor our services to their individual requirements. We offer flexible scheduling and can provide support on a regular or occasional basis, depending on the participant's needs.

Our community access support services are delivered in a safe and supportive environment, and we ensure that all our support workers are trained to provide high-quality care and assistance. We also regularly review our services and work closely with participants to ensure that we are meeting their needs and expectations.

At Helping Hands, we are committed to helping participants of the NDIS achieve their goals and live their best possible lives. If you would like to learn more about our community access support services, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Don't just dream it.... Live it!
